Receptionist who received us at night was not very helpful, just trying to get rid of client asap.

The facility and the room were very good especially for Fresno. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The wi-fi worked well and the room was well appointed. I would give the hotel a solid 3.5 stars in general and 4 stars for Fresno.

Quiet, comfy room & bed, excellent staff, nice deco. We have stayed at Hampton Inns in Virginia, North Carolina, etc. and they are always nice. Ditto for our adult children.

I had a fairly nice stay and would stay here again! The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area. Just next door to River Park shopping center and King's Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Good services were available. I had access to free parking. Clean pool.

Clean, clean, clean! Wonderful smell throughout the hotel, nice carpets, comfortable bed, and a breakfast that far surpasses anywhere else. This will be our hotel for all future travel plans. The staff were all polite and accommodating. Loved it!

Comfortable hotel on the way to Yosemite Park. Nice rooms with kitchen amenities. Free parking and complimentary brekfest with fruits, jogurts. Nice and helpful staff. Good quailty of wifi connection.
